Experience

Candidates being considered will have a minimum 5 years of meal service experience, institution cafeteria style serving. In addition to having exceptional leadership skills, it is important the future manager/assistant manager also have administration, planning, ordering, scheduling, inventory control, meal preparation, serving and cleaning/maintenance experience.
